Still we don't get appraisal and promotion. very worst responsible rate. the answers of higher is only samalification. lot of internal politics. only people survive with personal support. recommendations from the staff side is not taken by the higher authorities. simply there is no value for the employees they are treated as money making machines. The main thing is that everybody gets an opportunity to prove themselves. We have candidates with diverse qualifications, yet the company focuses on finding raw talent than just limiting the candidates' capabilities by what their core is. Valuing talent and hard work more than anything. The higher officials are always open to listening to the workers' issues which does not happen everywhere. Nothing much. Quite a few things can be improved even though it isn't that bad. Since we are a growing company, it takes time. And I'm sure everyone will find it comfortable here. Just focus on work, and it will be better.

Learning new things everyday, Salary credit on time, Saturday & Sunday holiday, office atmosphere is good & Improving day by day,Supportive employer, Supportive HR, & Supportive PM and good colleges.

Dislikes

Low Salary, Need to improve training classes, Need more QC. Conduct 3 Months once test for selecting TL, PM, QC. Other wise I like everything.
