The major problem is on maintaining timing. The extension of working time will be more but according to the time consideration the salary is low .

The nature annotation business is very fluid. There are more work on certain days and no work on certain days. We do not insist anyone to stay more than 8 hours to work. If they do, they are definitely compensated for that. My only advice to you improve your skill set before asking for more salary. There are people proved themselves and we increased the their salary 4 times the salary they joined for. On the other hand, we see people asking more salary without showing any progress or interest to grow.
