No Employee benefits No Insurance. forget about the family even for the employee the insurance not available.... no/low increment... no Leave carry forward or encashment.. no rewards and recognition... they threaten people to recover the money from exit employe even if 1 day short fall in notice period.. they dont process the final settlement even after 90days

There is nothing to like about this company

Dislikes

Management is not supportive, they didn’t provide any laptop , payslips or any other benefit. Leaves are not enough, worklife balance is worst. Managers don’t provide any learnings of any new skills. Work environment is totally bad. If it comes to rating I would have chosen the minus rating for this company.
