I had a very bad experience there. The team in which i worked there is no professionalism, doing lots of bad office politics and in that team your promotion and growth not depend upon your hard work or your talent, it's only depends on how much buttering you done with your TL/ CTL. At the time of joining they promis to provide ESI but they didn't, they also not provide salary slip. HR behaviour is terrible with employee. I don't think i learnt anything new skills there except how to cheat your customer in a sweet manner....Read More

No proper salary structure, they don't give salary on time(nearly one month delay with unreasonable deduction), No respect for employee and time, worst management, Luck based work with luck based targets, they deduct salary by name of non achiver category. No cab, No food allowance, No WFH, no any allowances, they eat our Provident fund also.. No Saturday holiday.

Worst company culture and policies, it's a cheap company salary will not credited on time and they will credit half salary on 10th of the month and half salary after 20th of the month, payslips will not provide you can't know how much salary you will get .
