Likes: Basically nothing to like about this company. I worked at Gurgaon office and I am writing this review after working for 2 years with this organisation and got laid off while I was still having a lot of deliverables. Dislikes: 1. Work culture is so pathetic. Relationship b/w employees working on higher level and the ones on lower level is literally master-slave.

Likes: Love getting 8-11% increments? Omnicom’s got you covered! But you’ll also enjoy the bonus of toxic 'joker' bosses who can’t even string a grammatically correct sentence together. Dislikes: Omnicom has the most toxic work culture I've ever experienced. The company is essentially run by the CFO, while the CEO has little to no authority. Likes: I have recently completed 1 year at Omnicom. So Omnicom global solutions(OGS) is a Captive BPO structure & all the counter parts in UK or US are very nice and kind. They care for our growth and work life balance.
Dislikes: Locally in India OGS is changing the employee policies like Medical insurance, transport & other benefits within last 12 months. In short, there is a reduction in net benefit by change in policies.
In my opinion it felt like a selling pitch for me when i on boarded and now this change has reduced my benefits.
Likes: we can engage with all other employees
there will be so much leisure time so that we can spend time at play area and cafeteria
Dislikes: because of no work job will be in threat we can loose job very easily without a prior notice
