REGULAR LAYOFFS (every 4 to 6 months) you will always be in a fear full environment, fearing when your turn might come, I have seen hardworking and good employees being sacked Opentext regularly quires new businesses and starts laying off people Too much of non sense tasks from admin side, compliance courses and stuff Culture is strange not very healthy You are forced to come to office 3 days a week Dont join this company products are in decline and zero job security...Read More

Good team members to bond with Managers are cooperative and helpful Brainstorming sessions on various tech topics and research paper discussions

Appraisals are not so good as budget allocation is pretty low on Business unit level You have free food but that is not so good There is little scope of learning new tech with the kind of overload you have with feature tasks
