Very Toxic projects/customer expectations and cherry on top is equivalent toxic management wherein some employees are promoted basis on favoritism even though they don't have relevant certifications to get promoted when old employees ask for same promotion who are not managers favorite they are denied equivalent opportunities citing certification.

Due to internal politics their is no job security for the contractual employees and even after working for more than 3.6 years still their is no guarantee for being on roll. So I had very worst experience while working with orange.
