- Politics (You have to be in the good books to grow there. Management pleasing people only can get what they want without even working) - No Job Security - I always went out of the way for this organization. When I wanted to leave, they showed their colors and proved that Whatever I had done was for nothing. I was financially struggling, and I had severe lever issues, but they made my life hell and made me pay such an amount I had to take a loan to leave early for which I still haven't recovered paying EMIs. - I will not recommend anyone to join this organization if they want to live with their sanity intact. - Firing Culture (including silent firing) -I will never forget my time there. I realized how cruel people and organizations can be. -I joined there when there was nothing and I started from scratch and smoothened so many things. Worked over hours and even tried to help everyone I could with a working load of THREE people. One of the biggest regret to join this organization and had to leave as eventually majority off the clients have taken the services back and the resources left are just working on a hope that is just SALARY!!! Its so hard for me to think for even a one Like to mention.

Here comes the actual box!!! >Visionless Company who does not thinks about there offshore employees and there growth. >No Perks, No benefits, No Internal help for an employee if anything goes wrong medically or personally. >Offshore and Onshore management does not have the decision making ability which a employee can appreciate. >Leave about the Offshore, the Owner mentions "Pathetic Works/Termination" while on the meetings if anything goes wrong. >OffShore management does not sounds to be a management since they dont have the decision taking ability which makes the resources life hell. All in all!! Worst experience hwever learnt a lot about how bad a management could be for there employees....Read More
