The National Head, ASMs and HR play an important role to take the bread out the mouth. Yes this company and the people who are working in back office has no ethical values as they believe in cutting down the incentive and not to provide them to their staffs on time and what they deserve to get. They can cut down your incentive at anytime and you can't do anything about it because they are so powerful that no one will listen to your voice. Politics is there for sure. HR department is not going listen anything and yes they believe in buttering....Read More
