When company send to Client location there is no one who should take care of employee.Account manger come and have discussion with Client Manger.I think Outworx is unnecessary wasting money on her. What she doing for Company do not know but she is nothing doing for employee.if company CEO give me opportunity to talk with him/her then i want tell each every thing which i can not write in this just because of company image.
One day client TL(off-role at client location) talk very rudely to one of our employee.he complained to Account Manager but she has not taken any action. It clearly shows that outworx just thinking about money.they do not take care of employee.
I was hiered in Dec.I have joined the company at client location then I have come to know there is no two days work at client location. You need to work on sat or sun. When I asked to Account manger for money she denyed.she said its client requirement.
Outworx is a IT staffing company.
I worked for a major client in pune .Appraisals depend on the client feedback and don't expect a bonus/shift allowance. Employee benefits depend upon client. The holidays ,leaves are decided by client .This company holds no responsibility once you are deployed.the only good thing is that you get to work with majot IT client and can get hands on experience with technology and process of MNC
Outworx hold no responsibility once you are deployed at client location. You are treated as a resource .Leaves/appraisals/benefits are depending upon client policy.
It's a very good company to learn about new technologies. They provide on the job training which helps you in picking up new technologies.
They have a very casual atmosphere to work in. You also a have a very flexible timings which suits the newcomers very well. Because it is not a very large company, you can be promoted very quickly.
They also have a cafeteria and some sports facilities which helps you freshen up at times.
Overall a very good company to work in.
Since most of the development work is online, you don't get any chance to travel. Though the projects are interesting and diversified but are not very large so you miss out on some of the innovations going on in the industry.
