Your manager will abse you in front of the hr and there is nothing you can do about it. The work culture is so toxi that the work you do is of little value, only have to make sure “dhandh” aa rha hai hai kitna “dhand” kia hai, the actual words used in every meetings, they will put you down in meetings, shout abuse if you are not meeting “dhanda” goals. Zero professionalism, the highest hierarchy is cognisant of the toxc environment and they too are just concerned of the numbers at the cost of literal employee exploitatio. As for the client side they will dupe you fool you into signing and closing deals with such hidden costs and high rates.
