Reporting managers are arrogant & egoistic. HRs have no basic ethics and no powers. Managers are unprofessionals. (They are "sellu" not the professional sales man) No job security. Managers manipulates the market. No timely reimbursement of Travel/food expenses. Managers don't approve expenses even after many reminders. Zoro transparency Managers give higher targets than the actual target to its executives some times almost doubled. Ozone secutech division is good but ozone Overseas (Ergotech ) Division is pathetic due to its arrogant/egoistic and unsupported managers....Read More
