I advise caution to anyone encountering opportunities within the Paras group, and if you receive an interview invitation, I recommend carefully considering your options. I had a challenging experience where, despite being hired, the company faced internal issues and eventually closed down after just five months. This unfortunate situation left me, along with other freshers, in a difficult position as we struggled to secure new opportunities. The abrupt closure disrupted our professional paths, and despite our hard work during those initial months, it has been challenging to find acceptance of our limited experience in the job market. It raises questions about why the company chose to hire us if they were aware of the impending challenges. There is nothing to like about the Company, Management, Professionalism, or anything else, it is simply a waste of time if somebody works here

No Specific job role is defined for anyone in the Company The company is interested in micro-management, cause do not have work to offer the staff Non-complied company for the employment as no employee benefits, employee welfare to the staff, but yes very much favoritism to 2 or 4 staff Salary is delayed every month till the 10th Very strict environment and the staff is always afraid that seniors will insult It is useless if somebody taking decision to work with this Company...Read More

Work atmosphere is ok.

Dislikes

People try to pull another person down. Especially if someone from the manager level dislikes one employee, that manager or whoever it may be from management, he will start torturing that person to leave the job by himself. And there is no PF for many employees, HR gives false commitments, there is no Diwali bonus, and the salary increment is not even 10%.

9 hrs working and working 6 day in a weeks. If they want 9 hrs working hours per day then give Saturdays off. but you don't want to give Saturday off then decrease the 1hrs per day.
