as a fresher I get good opportunity here. for a fresher it a good opportunity to work in paytm because in nowadays when everyone is asking for experience paytm is not asking experience because they got cheap labor.

in paytm there is very toxic work environment, you don't get any promotion and appraisal they give literally zero % of hike. for job security management instantly fire employees for the very silly reason like if you can't make the aws infrastructure ready in 5 days (for a single person) management will fire instantly. there are no working hours fixed. and even you will never get any appreciation from your manager....Read More

1) worst work-life balance (work pressure need to work at 10 pm-12 pm and weekends also) 2) very hectic on-call week which will be once every 5-6 weeks 3) worst management, no hikes, workload increased, 4) The only attraction was remote but now they are moving to the WFO model 5) unethical behaviour they will find loopholes and use them against you even though it's their mistake 6) my sincere advice is not to join this company (most of the employee who are working are trying to leave)...Read More

Paytm as a whole is big shit company where you get no peace, no personal space, only and only keep working day and night. After all you get peanuts and get worried about getting fired. The worst management I have ever seen and so much partially between individuals just because the other one is your drinking partner.
