It's not a company it's a school, you have to work 6 days in a week for 9.5 hr daily. If you take leave your salary will be deducted. If you not performed well they will educt salary without any intimation. No work life balance. Not provide any health or accidental policy.

I've had a disappointing experience at PCI, which I believe is shared across departments. The HR department, led by Neeraj, could improve. He seems unfamiliar with key HR policies and often deflects questions. For the company's growth, I suggest enhancing HR leadership and training to better support employees.
