Work life balance is good here. You get flexible office timing & Work from home facility etc, but that is subject to prior approval from your department head with proper justification or reason of availing the facility. You cannot though take it as per your wish as and when needed.

Dislikes

Pentair doesn't provide any benefit other than the salary and Insurance. Also No annual bonus or any facility whatsoever. Even it is not sure whether you will get annual salary increment or not. Max. Annual increment too is very little around 10% on an average. The worst thing is that company doesn't give promotion to anybody ever, doesn't matter how long you work here. I have seen the people who are working here for more than 10 years on the same position and same work profile. Also there is no benchmark of salary or annual review happens as per market trends.
