If you are offered a position of Specialist Employee Experience, Do not go ahead with this as they will offer you a meager salary and will make you work like a Donkey. There is even no learning in the job because the process are boring and monotonous and does not involves any creativity.

Support team is difficult to deal with, there’s quite a lot of passing the parcel when it comes to sharing workload. Retention of certain extremely incompetent people has increased the organisation’s dead weight due to which talented individuals have been forced to look for opportunities elsewhere.

PeopleStrong is very good company when I have joined but after few months they changed the work mode and they shifted Completely PeopleStrong to taggd that would be bad impact on working style and also security of job is not there. So many people got layed off.
PeopleStrong is good but Taggd is not good. Mostly they shifted every six months to different teams so we face the problems.
