Performance Bonus of Twenty Percent is not given all the time, in FY 22-23 it was said that company is not performing hence not given, so whoeever is planning to join must try to negotiate on Fixed Salary only as Twenty Percent Performance Bonus is just a bubble to attract new joiners, all our financial commitments are destroyed when company announces such thing, hence please negotiate on Fixed Salary only or tell them to merge Variable Performance bonus in Fixed Salary. Work pressure of meeting deadlines are there, since the ERP is not efficient enough hence manual work load increases even for small work consumers lot of time since a proper automated system is not there. It was a nightmare to work here. Collaboration is non - existent replaced with cutthroat competition. Worse yet, the appraisal process is just a dog and pony show; no objective evaluation. When asked the standard reply is "you can do better". It is clear that promotions went to the well - connected and Managers pet and not the worthy one.
