As a fresher you will learn a lot if you are allocated to an good project. Felxible timing Wfo mandatory is dependant on project. If you are having any special skills they will give you that bonus as well
Life will get worst when you are allocated to Indian client. You will be forced to work more. And no benefits of it. Micromanagement is done with people who are not having more experience. To retain good relation with client they can accept unrealastic timelines. If you are bench more than 1 or 2 months you will be forced to put down the papers.

Nothing is good ,offer letter is full of variables and basic will be low because during layoffs they can pay 3 months basic only sometimes nothing will be paid out. PSL Offer good amount 3X if they need you in module. Bossy management.
No job security, very less projects, very bad internal policy, they do not even hosted a single flag in office during 15th august. No festival celebration, you need to only work 15-17 hours in a day to get the target. Unrealistic expectations, narrow deadline. Management do partiality between new and old colleagues. Earlier this company was a great place to work, it was known for job security and overall employee satisfaction . But now company has changed alot, now its just revenue oriented and playing with employee by putting their life on risk.
After giving 12 years service in Persistent, they are sidelining their senior employees because they become costly resources. and put on Garden leave. During garden leave they designed the system like such employee should not be able to apply for the job. and no project team can reach to the employee even if there are any opportunity
