There's heavy lay off going on in persistent. They did over hiring. Took 1 billion awards. And immediately started laying off people in sets so as to not be in news and highlights. It's Indian MNC and work culture is terrible. Recruitment team works like a consultancy and since Ray Bharadwaj sir left and Varun came, things are really dirty and Mahesh and Athikhur are the biggest trash

Hire and fire company, they won’t give you a month time when you are on bench even though you have worked for clients for years. Poor management. Some senior Manager are not skilled and will not communicate with employees. They can introduce new rule when it against you, doesn’t matter what has mentioned on offer letter.

Nothing is good ,offer letter is full of variables and basic will be low because during layoffs they can pay 3 months basic only sometimes nothing will be paid out. PSL Offer good amount 3X if they need you in module. Bossy management.

No job security, very less projects, very bad internal policy, they do not even hosted a single flag in office during 15th august. No festival celebration, you need to only work 15-17 hours in a day to get the target. Unrealistic expectations, narrow deadline. Management do partiality between new and old colleagues.
