Need one help to identify better offer. I am having 4 offers as a tech lead/principle software engineer. Currently I am a senior developer full stack.
1. Wipro- X amount including 10%variable
2. LTI Mindtree - client rolls royce - X+1 lakh including 10% variable
3. Persistent - X+5 lakh including 10% variable, client one advanced in healthcare
4. Eurofins- x+3 lakh including 5% variable product based in life science
Which one would be better to join in terms of job security, work life balance and good environment and work.
Please help me friends.
