1. Upper management is extremely unprofessional, lacking basis leadership etiquette. There's is no structure communications and every person is a senior role behave like a self appointed manager without listening to the team. 2. Company follow strict 6 day work from office policy no, leaving room for flexibility or work life balance. This outdated approach significantly affect the employee, moral and productivity in long run. 3. Employee constantly face threats like being put on PIP or getting fired without valid reason. This fair driven culture creates extremely toxic and mentally draining work environment. 4. Even the highest salary height barely touches 10% while most employee receive around 2 - 5% despite hikes overall compensation still feels insufficient below standard industry standard. 5. Constructive feedback is neither welcomed nor encouraged. Instead, there is micromanage and blame games, creativity and innovation are stifled under rigid hierarchies and insecure leadership. 6.
