Terrible work environment. Non supporting people. Educated but totally ignorant and lazy employees. Not a single person within the working area comes with an attitude to work. They just have a simple mindset " 2 punch - 1 lunch". If you miss your punching due any reason, may it be technical, its a leave then. No solution of it.
