Pidilite industries is like a inefficient government department. I can't speak for other departments but I can certainly speak for corporate social responsibility department (CSR). This department head has no knowledge or experience of social work and strive to make chairman happy. CSR head like all the yes men around him and don't value any honest, intelligent and hard working people. If you are someone who believe in making boss happy in every terms and don't want to work and good at just talking pidilite CSR department is the best. You will get everything from CSR head. Also pidilite transfer useless or pathetic staff of its other departments to CSR. Moreover they don't fire anyone but make things so difficult for that person that he/she leaves in disguise. CSR head fools chairman every day because chairman belive in democratic structure and don't talk to anyone else hence he never get right information about what is happening in CSR....Read More

They said all are equal but the incharge level and officers level show attitude and ego that is i dislike they degrade low level employees

Transportation free and on food subsidy is there for employees and company tours and for learning gurukul is there for our skill development Staff was very friendly

Overall company HR policy is good. Salary and other benefits will get intime.

Some employees and Managers are behaving very bad. They will not support to newly joined employees. They are feeling like this company is our own. We are paying salaries to employees in our own pocket.

Everything. People only try to fulfil their KPIs without thinking about overall benefit even at higher levels. Company does not care about the employees. They are just mere servants for them. If you are joining in mid of the business cycle, forget about leaves, variable pay, increment. In the 1st year they do not provide a single leave to you.

They are not giving any bonus in diwali festival. Company giving 600 Rs as a diwali's sweet. You can't give or recieve any gift from distributer & from colleague.
