Work life balance for me is main concern, their are lots of priorities or you can say KPI at the same time which can take 10 hours day of working to fulfil.

The company's culture and work life balance is very good. I don't feel like changing jobs.

It is very very difficult to get a promotion in this company. There is a scorecard system here in which you have to score 65 out of 100 continuously for 1 year, which is very complicated. Because this is not achieved just by achieving the overall sales target but by selling those products that the company wants. If somehow someone manages to make a score card for 1 year continuously, then after that that person will have to pass an exam and after passing the exam, he will have to pass an interview....Read More

They are not giving any bonus in diwali festival. Company giving 600 Rs as a diwali's sweet. You can't give or recieve any gift from distributer & from colleague.

Some bogus managers hired by company. Now bar for employees u just have to selu Any graduate can join no need of education in this company it's good for eating 30 k 35 k if your living in local. Ta da is like company doing aehassan on you. Incentives company don't want you to take.
