Unwanted Job rotations in the name of career growth aren't appreciated by most employees. To elaborate, a packaging person to be put into supply chain is a waste of talent. Moreover expecting the non domain expert to showcase excellence in the new job role is too much to ask. It's like asking a fish to climb a tree.
Difficult to get top management to agree on new ideas
There is no system in Piramal and nobody is satified with company culture. Mr Amit sinha was my reporting manager and he is very close to COO, so he feels like a king and always threatened to employee for termination.
Mr Amit sinha ZBM and Mr Viren vani Country head and Mr Prakash NSM they are the foolest person of the industry, they also very afraid with Amit sinha for his job.
Very hectic and boring nobody knows how to deal with distribution channel hai what was their problem including is sales team.

Iam handle 7 manpower, good training, job secure and Carrier better platform,salary timely Cradit ,but unfortunately heavy politics this organization our senior level .work environment very bad .unnecessary pressure

Basic organizational structure is lacking.Company is evolving from small to medium and soon it will become bigger with proper systems in place It is running through cut throat competition with many well established players.
Overall it was a great organisation to work with.Management keep full faith on every employee and the work culture is very good for freshers as well as experienced resource. Motivation from seniors and having the freedom to troubleshoot problems are added advantage.
As a production company one need to strech upto certain limit to achieve the set goal and that might be hampering the work life balance to certain extent.

No Job security. Career growth opportunities limited. Work Environment is one of the work based on my 20+ years of field experience. Unethical ways of paper sales etc.Too much pressure during month end to make up the numbers.
