There is nothing to like about this company to be honest. The people are friendly but again they are masters in creating compitition among peers.

Workload is too much . The targets are unachievable. Timings are really strict. Gives off a call centre vibe. Some people here actually steal leads. People are forced to memorize sales pitches and most of them know nothing about sales. You barely get one off in between Tuesdays or Wednesdays the other day you would be forced to work. (This wasn't mentioned during the time of joining they say it's two days off). Employing freshers in a bulk because the employee turnover rate is high. Also not a very transparent policy. If you are ready to give up on literally everything in your life including your hobbies then you can definitely join the company....Read More

No work life balance, toxic culture. No fix timings you have to work even at late nights in the office with no off on weekends, only Tuesday Wednesday off. Everything worst, they are just fooling people, hiring in bulk for everyone because there is no employee retention, almost half of them leave or some of them fired as they only want people to give them revenue which is fifteen times more than your income. They just tell you have to say you are a senior academic counsellor and sell course at any price.
