SGPT or podar Education system, is the worst company I have ever seen from last 4 years I have been working with the company lots of political. HOD from purchase and account are the main culprit. Even the chairman of the company is not at all concerned for his employees he doesn’t have a trust on his employees for a single penny They are just running the bill cart not an education department The chairman has lot of ego and if some one do argument he will immediately terminate the employee without knowing any proper truth Bhind it Also will not give salary FNF no proper management Last but not the list, will only suggest not to join the bull cart race…. 👎👎👎...Read More

No new learnings..very monotonous work.Accountant cannot even apply fee discount as per the policy shared.need to take approvals for every small small things.thus it affects one's credibility of working free

A great school where you can learn new things, new ways of teaching. In Podar they follow proper working time, you will get proper vacation and holidays and vacation salary also. They conduct online and offline training of the teachers to enhance their knowledge.

Dislikes

In podar they are adding too much paper work which was not necessary. Some time they are giving unnecessary training which is just waste of time. Salary increment is not proper they are giving 8 to 15% to employees. But for new joiners they are offering more salary which was not fair for employees who are working from 5 to 10 years.

Present days academic staff and their attitude towards pupils. The least care about student's development but they do care about their comfort and excuse. Not taking parents complain or problem seriously. Teachers seems untrained uneducated and qualified.

Politics is everything here. Senior teacher try to manipulate you. Students didn’t have any discipline at all. And if students are misbehaving with you then principal will tell you its your fault not theirs. They try to put you down
