❌ Poorvika Mobiles Corporate Office – The Worst Workplace Ever! I worked in Poorvika Corporate Office for 4 years. What they say during the interview and what actually happens after joining are completely opposite. 🎭 Interview la act pannuvanga, real life la torture pannuvanga! They’ll talk big about skills, hard work, and growth, and give sugar-coated promises just to get you in. But once you join, you’ll realize – there is NOTHING for employees here. Just a toxic mix of internal politics, nepotism, and empty promises. 💥 Full of Internal Politics & Nepotism The whole company runs on jalra culture. Only those who flatter senior people will grow. No matter how hardworking or talented you are, you’ll be sidelined. All the recognition and promotions go only to relatives, friends, and favorites of top-level management. ❌ No Respect for Skilled Employees Skill and performance don’t matter here. Your career growth is based on whether you sing or dance during the MD and CEO’s birthdays in Feb and Aug. Yes, seriously. Do that and everything will come to you. If not, sit in the same chair for years. Professionalism? Zero. Just fake culture and unfair decisions. ⚠️ Different Rules for Men and Women Men and women are treated with two completely different sets of rules. Favoritism is open and ugly. Even HR supports it. There's no fair treatment, no equality. 💸 Increment Lies – Don’t Fall for It! During the interview, they’ll confidently say: > “Increment every 6 months!” But the truth is – even if you work there for 60 years, you won’t see a single rupee extra unless you’re in their inner circle. There is no performance-based growth – everything is politically decided. 😖 Toxic Work Culture – No Peace of Mind You’ll leave office every day feeling drained, stressed, and broken. Managers dump pressure, not support. Forget work-life balance. Even when you resign, they’ll delay your final settlement and hold your relieving letter just to trouble you more. 🤦‍♂️ Useless HR Department HRs are just puppets, not professionals. Raise a complaint, and you’ll be punished – not the actual wrongdoer. Don’t expect any help or support from HR. They exist only for show. 🧾 One More Bitter Truth – About Increments If you ask about your pending increment or question why you’re not getting it, they’ll say: > “Company is in loss… we can’t afford it now…” But just wait and see. The very next day, the same people from management will be on trips to foreign countries and buying supercars every month. The company has plenty of cash for luxury and show-off, but nothing for hardworking employees. Toxic Work Culture and Rampant Nepotism – Stay Away Working at Poorvika Mobiles was one of the worst career experiences I’ve had. The company is plagued with internal politics, favoritism, and nepotism. Promotions and growth are not based on talent or performance, but on personal relationships with higher-ups. Hardworking employees are often ignored, while underperformers with “connections” are rewarded. There’s zero work-life balance, unrealistic expectations, and poor management. Feedback is not welcomed, and employees are expected to blindly follow orders. HR is useless and only works in favor of management. I am a qualified MBA graduate and fluent in five languages. Despite my skills and qualifications, I am currently earning a low salary of ₹12,000 in hand. I also had a very disappointing experience with Customer Care Manager Lalitha, whose behavior was unprofessional and discouraging. I strongly advise others to think twice before joining, as my experience has not been positive. During the hiring process, I observed what seemed to be biased treatment from the HR interviewer, Sara. It appeared that certain candidates were favored based on religious background, particularly in discussions around salary negotiations. Workplace decisions should be based on merit, not religion or personal bias. Its been a very pleasant experience.. ever since the start of the day! The office looks highly neat and clean with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Every employees are jovial, polite, caring and motivating and I personally like my HR mam who’s being kind and genuine to everyone. The one thing I like the most is that they don’t make you do anything forcibly without giving a break or rest and they also ensure your safety while you’re travelling. They give your own time to complete your works for the given tasks.
