Good Job security but very less payouts , Staff need to be multitasking in every aspect . Lack of staffing ,There is no Fixed criteria of work

Students will be residential in hostel and Trainer has to teach them as well as responsible for night counting , provide medical treatment , for students mobilization , play role as a caretaker and security guard , students grooming , convenience for job placement , take them to their job location , should present at Night self study (8:00pm to 10:00pm) on daily basis , Need to celebrate each and every festival with different different in campus like Holi , diwali , Christmas and New year etc . Continuous visit for external staff and higher authorities person , for them trainer has to get room clean and ready also has to manage buffet setup and table service with the help of students .
