The Work Culture at the company is awesome, during these covid times we have been provided work from home and also compensated of the equipment and furniture purchased for the work from home. Every month we have fun sessions, team mixers, etc. The company culture is great.
Compensation is above average but the growth is limited and due to work pressures sometimes have to work for 9-10 hours a day but since saturdays and sundays are off, it generally helps to revive ourselves. Growth options are very minimal here thats the only draw back.
As an account manager I have to manage a specific set of amazon sellers for a limited period of time and have to drive key inputs with them so that there is growth in their account.

Overall my experience with Prione is good till date. Work-life balance is the best part that one can maintain.
Compensation is good but career growth is a little slower than in other companies. People are working for the last 5 years with good ratings but still, they are not getting the level which they are looking for. Sometimes managers do not value your work even if you are doing your best.
Started my career as an associate in FBA upsell in 2017 and got my first promotion in 2020 to Assistant sales specialist. Then work in NSA till May 2021 and in June Amazon pay (scan & Pay), and currently working in the Utility segment from Dec 2021.
