Compensation is good but career growth is a little slower than in other companies. People are working for the last 5 years with good ratings but still, they are not getting the level which they are looking for. Sometimes managers do not value your work even if you are doing your best.

Started my career as an associate in FBA upsell in 2017 and got my first promotion in 2020 to Assistant sales specialist. Then work in NSA till May 2021 and in June Amazon pay (scan & Pay), and currently working in the Utility segment from Dec 2021.

Its the best place for a person to learn and grow, Prione is one of the best company I worked at but equally with work comes responsibility . Management is great , its everything an employee would imagine to get in a company

Work wise there is pressure and its also meant for those having experience in the field they are hired for because people out of the field will be lost and training process also should be advanced.
