Company policy is Good.All technology is available with updated system for working.

Dislikes

Ahmedabad HR people is not supporting for Non-Sales Team. Like, Home Loan,Operation,Hosing.com,Makan.com,Information Technology. All individuals are fight for rights in company. Ahmedabad branch is not good for working in Proptiger. To much politics in Ahmedabad Branch. Onces you update your senior for resignation that time they said put up resignation on last day, then suddenly said we are not acceptable your resignation due to Target not Match. When people are working in same company since 2 years it's May possible on last month that Targets are not meet. Very bed Experience in Ahmedabad Branch as well Ahmedabad HR and Real Estate Team.

Work

My work is to Handling client for Home Loan and assist them for proper updating for Loan. Also Handling the Bank for process files of Loan. Maintain CRM and MIS also presure for collection of Home Loan pay out from Bank.

The only good thing about company is the HR policies they have and the way they celebrate each and every festival.

Dislikes

There is a list of it:
1) POLITICS : The company have lot of politics if you are good at li***ng you will be on the top.

2) ZERO GROWTH : they won't allow you to work independently, with zero growth in the organization.

3) FAKE ATTITUDE : They pretend as if the higher management is very supportive but the truth is the time you need them they will not go with the truth they just blindly follow their friendship.

In short they don't have place for knowledge or truth, they blindly follow their friendship. no growth at all, no one will listen to your problems. So if you have good contacts you can go ahead with the company especially the Hyderabad branch.

Proptiger is One of the best company in real estate broking firm. Team manager and teammates are very helpful .when I need some training they provide. also salary and incentives are on time .I learnt lot of market knowledge . On job I always felt proptiger as my second home .overall proptiger was one of the best part of my life .

Dislikes

Some of the seniors starting politics that I want to say dislike about proptiger .

Nothing, HR is only one department who seems to be working towards making the workplace better. Management is full of politics they will steal your idea and would never let you grow. everyone is saving their job over there. they can ask you to leave any time.
