Experience - 6 months internship + 6 months full time (Backend dev) [well known fintech company] - Have a 90+ ATS resume score. - Solved 600+ LeetCode questions. - Hold a cloud certification. - Knowledgeable in HLD/LLD. - Have good project I’ve been reaching out to 50+ people daily for referrals and applying to 10–15 jobs every day It’s been over 100 days, yet I haven’t received a single interview or coding round—mainly due to my limited experience Any advice? I’ve considered open source, but most "help wanted" issues are either outdated or already done. Just adding documentation doesn't feel valuable unless I’ve used the application enough to suggest real improvements I’m giving myself one more month.
