Learning as a fresher,Work life balance and few colleagues from inox set of properties

There are no perks for the employees. I would like to specially mention mr. nitin Srivastava who is VP HR of the organisation he is the most toxic person i have ever seen. He treats his team like that they are illiterate and don’t know anything. Moreover there is no appraisal for the employees.and no bonuses as well.

It's not we move next level to the life it's job only we survive that's all I'm working in past 2 years I'm happy bcoz I love cinema that's I'm here I joined pvr that starting time my bike is gone after credits too much torture it's in high level when icame duty and forget everything watching movie that ok after again same dipression that's way salary too low but ilove cinema I'm here that's it

They wil rune your personal like, seniors are so toxic force you to work extra hours without any pay, I'm working here tje shift closes at 2 AM but they never let us go before 4 PM and also the shift starts at 5 PM but the used to call us at 4 PM And if you do any type of complaint the just say if you are not liking the job just leave it They also promised to give incentives but it been two months here I'm not getting it and when I have asked for it they told me that from your 4th salary you will get the incentives but 1/5 part of the incentive and from 5th month you will get the full payment...Read More

Well, first of all, there is a very good atmosphere here and the best service is given to the guests or this is where the best wishes are kept on the employees or the can complete their work which is a good thing morale is boosted so that they work with more energy.

It's a stable job but less chance to grow after a certain period of time or position also salary structure is low compared to other small brands. But overall 3.5 out of 5
