Likes: Managements are reachable. They will listen to your queries. Year end bonus is a plus. Dislikes: Long working hours including Saturday Sundays. So called year end break but you will never going to available. Working culture is like 24/7. No personal life. Work life balance is a myth.

How to use counter offer
Hello everyone, I am a 3 years experience Salesforce developer currently working at Capgemini with 8L fixed. Now i have three offers in my hand , my LWD is 2nd May.
1. Deloitte ind offering 10.5base.
2. PWC 12L Fixed and 75k joining bonus.
3.Infosys 12.3L fixed and 1.4L performance bonus/ variables.
I am interested to join delloite but Deloitte is offering very less for a consultant role with 3 years of experience. I got to know from some of my friends working in Deloitte they said 14 min other employees are getting in Deloitte for the same years experience.
How I can use PWC and infy offers to counter offer with Deloitte to reach the market standards which is 14 to 15 as a fixed?
