Work life is balance, Not much pressure as all projects are on finishing stage. Salary time is ok. (7th to 10th).

Dislikes

Working culture is old, as affordable flats are being constructed. Involvement of senior staff is just for clicking pictures and putting forward to owner without knowing the fact of the thing.
