Too much work less appraisal, no job security, if you apply for ijp they will decline your application without providing the reason so you never no whether they gone through your CV or not, hr will say something while joining but donot provide them in writting and then you will be stuck with words and no written proof so get everything written before joining, hr team response is very late you have to constantly keep asking to get their response even a 'hi'. Company is always on transition and you cannot expect anything any appraisal or promotion except few associate who are in good books...Read More

The interview process is quick. Once into the job, you will learn to handle difficult situations and toxic work environment and deligate with over nosy management.
No scope to grow further in career, internal politics, no job security, no work-life balance, the management treat the employees without any concern for employee's peronal life and privacy. The workflow is not streamlined, the trainings are poor and unplanned, the escalation matrics for any issues for the employe does not function properly, the overtime is not paid for holiday working despite it is specifically mentioned in the channel employee handbook, instead they give comp off. they force yout to work for more than 50% holidays in the pretext of offer letter agreement, without any payment. Overall, it's not a healthy work culture for an employee to learn and grow or at least get recognized for thier efforts....Read More
