Dislikes

I joined as a fresher and gained 3 years of experience here with lot of adhoc activities along with daily productivity. In the end the compensation I received is not even equal to a fresher package. Major dislike is company doesn't value the experienced associates who are with organisation for more than 3 years. No enough recognition.

Nothing to like.in starting said permanent wfh then made u turn to come to office

Have many reasons to dislike. Spoiled my complete carried. Left in middle till when I am not able to get a job. Without reason made many people to resign without knowing their problem just for sake of their bussiness. Rating would in negative.

There are no likes when you work in Bioclinica

Dislikes

Worst management and full of politics. This organisation is not an employe oriented this is for people who apply butter and gets survived. I haven’t seen a person with professional behaviour who are in managing position. Atleast management should have concentrated on hiring a qualified and experienced managers rather than bringing fools.
