Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Every day have to work 12 to 13 hours.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product. My work Production in charge, Man power planning, Raw materials reconciliation, customer schedule planning. Mould loading and processing.
