I have noticed that many people speak negatively about Quislex, but I disagree with such opinions. The issue with human nature is that many individuals want money without putting in the necessary hard work. When I began my career as a practicing advocate in courts, I truly understood the value of money. Despite working tirelessly throughout the week, including Saturdays and Sundays, and enduring all kinds of weather while traveling, the stipend I received from senior advocates was minimal. This taught me an important lesson—people need to change their mindset. When stepping into the corporate ladder, it is essential to assess our own knowledge, skills, and willingness to work hard. Quislex, as a company, has its own reasons and policies. It is a place for hardworking and passionate individuals. During my time at Quislex, I observed a senior who worked alongside the executive employees with equal dedication and effort, even those who were hired on a contract basis. It is as simple as this: to survive in water, you must know how to swim—and not just swim but swim harder to achieve your goals. Quislex offers several advantages to its employees. The company provides cabs, food, and the freedom to listen to music while working. They also conduct regular training sessions to help employees enhance their skills. Quislex promotes a culture of attending the office daily, which brings valuable corporate exposure. Yes, there are times when the company asks employees to work on weekends, but this is done thoughtfully. The managers themselves work on weekends, understanding that employees may not prefer working on weekdays due to the nature of the projects. The work environment at Quislex is not about unnecessary pressure; instead, it fosters growth and teamwork. In conclusion, Quislex values good reviewers and encourages passionate individuals.
