This is a company meant for individuals who are willing to work. Its been more than 2 years I am working in this company. It was proactive during lockdowns. We are still working on 3 days office 2 days home culture. You will be provided enough opportunities to prove your metal. Its a great place for someone who is willing to work with ethics. Its not a place for those who want to attain office only for the sake of attaining. Never faced late salary issues or salary cuts unnecessarily. Yes leaves system is a bit complicated to safeguard productivity of the company. Appraisals also happen accordingly. Definitely the leave policy of sandwich leaves. It does not allow you to take 2-3 weeks leaves together. It needs to be rectified.
