1. 06 days working. 2. Nothing apprical. 3. people's are working since a year but still no apprical, management misguided, HR giving fake commitment at the time of joining & salary negotiation like incentive they are saying you will get incentive 10-15% every quarter salary over n above but now one year being completed still not get any single quarter. 3. Very limited leave assigned. 4. There is no SOP, you have to make your own SOP & drive your operation at your own risk.. if any issues happened then management will ask you multiple questions & blaming to you only......Read More

Resignation applied from backend without my knowledge. Giving notice period for 4 days. If, i resign with 4 days notice period, i have to pay 3 month pay. They didn’t give any compensation and information. I have 9 years of experience in logistics and SCM. But, this one is very worst company in my life time career. Don’t plan to hoin here. Nothing to be liked.Yhey will treat us very worst.in Chennai all dcs are same only.There is no standard work time .you have to work for minimum 12 to 14 hrs. Once time over you have to ask with your head to leave office after 14hrs completed.once not liked you they will target you continue night shit . suddenly they will change to another dc for 2 days abd again another dc for 2 days,that to very long.if you ask how i will go this much long ,rply is you have to otherwise resign your job.HR waste as per policy you have to work only 8.5hrs .if you complain also he will inform to your boss and again you will get additional torchel.pls dont join this company...Read More
