They provide you different - different time zone project, IST And CST, then you need to work day + night to handle client out off office time, it can be till 1/2 pm mid night nobody care for it neither your reporting or your lead they only want their work on both timing with out any negotiations and too selfish. Likes: I liked working with some of the managers. Still there were a lot of problems but recently it is really really bad. Dislikes: There are a lot of problems within the company. First is communication issues which is the middle ground of all the problems. If you are frustated with your manager, or been burnt out for working 11-13 hours daily because you are handling multiple projects in different timezones, you can't do anything about it.
