Dislikes: There is a noticeable degree of favoritism, which, unfortunately, is not uncommon in workplaces. At times, this can create a negative working environment, potentially driving talented individuals to leave the company. I observed this during my tenure as well.
Dislikes: - No Job security. If there is no project, the employees will be asked to leave immediately by the HR on the same day.
- There is no team bonding at all, at least for Indian resources. Being given the opportunity to work as a permanent remote employee, employees are not groomed by their Line Managers for a proper team bonding.
