management will make u feel like u r working in a shop, micro management, unnecesary threatening of losing job, no appraisals, top level people have no knowledge of the work they handle, employees are not supported during their tough times. and referals are only happening for management's knowns and relatives. they dont consider anyone else

Management clearly said they dont care about employee anymore. Their 100% focus shifted to customer and buisness. And thats why no appraisal no promotion no hike no benefits of shift allowance. They don't even care of you want to leave organization. In fact u willl be welcomed for such decision.
