No hike in 2 years, most of the projects are support projects in devops team, Very high level micromanagement for your timesheet, your work will be tracked through the story points assigned in jira, no matter you are working day and night, you will be able to bill very less hours to client, and in the eyes of management you will bealways under-utilised, They can fire you any time by checking your timesheet only, to save your job you have to work on multiple projects at the same time, and there will be always a pressure to complete the target billing for client. The Elastic engineering model looks like a sales model for a devops engineer, where you have to complete a target of working hours assigned by your manager....Read More

I was from Hyperion team. Did not satisfy the way handling team, Manger also not good. HR also not so supportive. Workfrom home but you will only 1 team member at the shift. Lead will be there but not online at all. Hyperion Team is very bad in shape and management also the same.

Do not like the way team is handling and Management is also not listening to the team members.
