I don't like anything about the company truley it gives good service to the guest but not good for their employees as well..

The salary of the employees is very low, even iam MBA post graduate and my salary was 20500 only which is not sufficient for me to wear my expenses. And during this pendamic deases covid-19 the company terminated me. Even i completed 1.5 years successfully without any complent. I was on my training period the on Feb 2nd my training period was finished as per our offer latter company has to pramote me imidiately but they didn't. They said I will take something and 3 months passed which is terrible. None of company will do this. If you promise that after one year you will get pramotion in wrriten they should do this. And now they said you will not get your certificate that's why you are management trainee till now. But i already completed my tanning on 2nd Feb. As per offer latter. Timely salary payment. Shift timings are good. Payment for working extra hours.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture. If you not from south India they will be always biased towards you. You cannot have your own voice. And there is no personal growth or development. You have to do whatever they say even if it's unprofessional.
