Nothing, one of the worst cro right now in India. Please be aware before joining this company especially clinical department they will scam you with offer letter. If you are good looking female go for it.

Dislikes

Everything, 1. Work culture- one of the worst environment to work, heavy toxic politics. If your male then this is not place for you as all the managers give their special attention, privileges to good looking female candidates. 2. Work life balance- changes according to company requirements if you are male then your doomed 12 to 16hrs. 3. Work ethic- there is no such thing in this company. They have recruited all the illiterate in quality team because of religion discrimination. 4. Salary- way below the the market with lots of cutting literally scam. 5. Promotion- no Promotion, you have to work without thinking about increments and promotions they have started to cut everything. 6. Work satisfaction- Not a thing especially in clinical department. 7. Company culture- people have committed suicide here and even molested female participants in clinical team....Read More
