In RCF management encourages innovative ideas from employees. There is freedom of work ,wrt , how you complete your task. RCF is a company always imbibing new technology.Salary and compensation is good,if not excellent. Work life balance is possible, if you carefully plan. Environment is good.

Dislikes

In-equitable distribution of work is my experience. If you are result-oriented , you have to sweat,particularly when your team is not giving full support. Regional favouritism is under-current.
